CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: CX) announced today that it has divested a 24.9% interest in PT Semen Gresik to Indonesia-based Rajawali Group for approximately US$337 million, or US$2.28 per share. CEMEX and the Indonesian government have agreed to settle the arbitration case before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
PT Semen Gresik is a publicly traded company on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and trades under the ticker symbol "SMGR".
